The early followers of Christ were called “disciples” before they were called “Christians.” The Greek word for disciple simply means “learner,” someone who learns from a teacher. The various ministries of Christ Fellowship seeks to assist every church member to respond to Christ’s call:
“Come, follow Me”
This means walking with Christ in allegiance, loyalty, service, and sacrifice in the context of a learning relationship, a learning which leads to growth in grace and holiness.
